Announcement for Public Recruitment of Some Middle Management Positions

 

In order to further deepen the reform of the company's personnel system and effectively improve the management level of middle management positions, according to relevant regulations and in combination with the actual situation of the company, it has been decided after research by the company's general manager office to generate candidates for some middle management positions through public recruitment within the subsidiaries of Tiangu Group, as follows:

I. Positions and Number of Candidates

This recruitment is for 1 middle management position in a department:

1 Head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department.

II. Conditions for Recruitment

(1) Scope

All qualified on-duty employees within the subsidiaries of Tiangu Group can apply.  

(2) Basic Conditions

1. Good ideological and political quality, resolutely implement the party's guidelines and policies, strictly adhere to the principle of democratic centralism, have a strong sense of organization and overall awareness, strong sense of responsibility and dedication, diligent and proactive work, with significant achievements, and have a high level of recognition within the company;

2. Good professional ethics, abide by laws and regulations, diligent and responsible, united and cooperative, self-disciplined, and have a good professional reputation;

3. Have certain organizational leadership and coordination management abilities, as well as good psychological quality, possessing the relevant knowledge and work experience required for middle management positions.

(3) Qualification Requirements

1. Have the work experience required for the position applied for;

2. Generally, should have a college degree or above, have worked for two years in a middle management position in a subsidiary of Tiangu Group or three years in a deputy middle management position; for positions below deputy middle management, have worked for five years with a college degree in a subsidiary of Tiangu Group, three years with a bachelor's degree, or two years with a master's degree;

3. Physically healthy, outstanding moral and talent performance and work achievements, with strong decision-making, communication, coordination, and ability to handle complex issues and emergencies;

4. Under 45 years old.

(4) Position Conditions

To apply for the position of Head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, candidates must have relevant professional knowledge and work experience in safety and environmental protection.

      IV. Relevant Requirements

1. Participants in the recruitment must ensure that the materials provided are true and reliable; if any falsehood is found, the recruitment qualification will be canceled;

2. During the recruitment process, non-organizational behaviors such as lobbying for positions, vote-buying, and cheating are strictly prohibited. Those who violate relevant regulations will have their recruitment qualifications canceled and will be dealt with according to relevant regulations;

3. The staff organizing the recruitment must strictly adhere to work discipline, implement confidentiality and avoidance systems, and meticulously handle all aspects of the work.

V. Registration Time and Method

1. Registration time: January 6 to January 8, 2025

2. Registration method: Applicants can register through organizational recommendations or personal self-recommendation, and obtain and fill out the "Public Recruitment Registration Form" from the Comprehensive Management Department or download it themselves. The registration form must be signed and confirmed by the applicant in the corresponding column and submitted to the Human Resources of the Comprehensive Management Department. If candidates need to use a presentation PPT, they can prepare it themselves and submit it to the Comprehensive Management Department before the registration deadline.
